Who we are
AppFy AI ("we", "us") is operated by Najim Us Saqib. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. You can reach us through the contact page or by email at info@appfyai.com.
Information we collect
- Contact and inquiry form: the details you type in, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, company, project description, budget and timeline.
- Chatbot: the demo assistant runs in your browser. If you give it your name to continue on WhatsApp, that name is only used to prefill the WhatsApp message you choose to send.
- Analytics (optional): if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and buttons are used. This includes approximate location, device and browser type. IP addresses are anonymised by Google Analytics 4.
- Technical logs: our server may log request time, page and IP address for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use inquiry details only to reply to you, prepare a quote and run the project you ask for. We do not sell your information. Analytics data is used to improve the website.
Cookies and local storage
- Essential: your theme choice (dark or light) and your cookie choice are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Who receives your data
Inquiries are delivered to us by email through our mail provider. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms. Analytics data (if accepted) is processed by Google.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of project discussions, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us. Use the contact page or by email at info@appfyai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form input is validated on our server, and requests are rate limited. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
